Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms and conditions under which ASDA makes educational equipment available to schools under the ASDA Go Green For Schools Scheme 2008.

1. The ASDA Go Green For Schools Scheme is open to schools in the UK and IOM only.
2. Applications from organisations other than schools will not be accepted.
3. There is a limit to the number of items which may be ordered, redemptions levels are capped at 4000 vouchers per school, the Scheme is restricted to one order per school.
4. All orders for equipment and accompanying Vouchers must be received by 18th July 2008.
5. ASDA cannot accept responsibility for Vouchers lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Please use a method of postage that will provide proof of delivery.
6. Orders will only be accepted on the official order form, available from 16th June 2008 on www.asda-gogreenforschools.co.uk and in accordance with the ordering instructions. The original order form cannot be amended once we have received it. Equipment correctly supplied in accordance with the order cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Statutory rights are not affected.
7. Vouchers will be issued at ASDA stores. One voucher will be issued for each shopping trip where an alternative to new plastic bags are used, additional vouchers may be issued on the discretion of the checkout staff.
8. The Scheme applies to shopping trips made between 19th January and 30th June 2008. Vouchers will be issued while stocks last.
9. Vouchers can only be redeemed in accordance with the instructions on this website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. The number of Vouchers required for each item is clearly stated on this website.
11. By participating in the Scheme, schools give consent to ASDA to use their details in local press and publicity materials to promote the Scheme.
12. Vouchers are, and will remain at all times, the property of ASDA and may only be redeemed under the ASDA Go Green For Schools Scheme.
13. Orders will be fulfilled by TTS Group. Where there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these rules, ASDA and TTS Group may legitimately refuse to process an order.
14. Equipment ordered will be delivered to schools by the end of the Autumn Term 2008. However please be aware that some items, which are delivered direct from the manufacturer may take 4-6 weeks longer than this. Please see individual product descriptions for further details.
15. All TTS Group products are covered by a TTS Group 12 month warranty. Statutory rights are not affected.
16. ASDA shall not be liable for any damages, claims or costs, however incurred, arising from the Scheme, the use of any equipment supplied pursuant to the Scheme, or by the failure of a school to follow the instructions and guidelines set out in this website.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the conditions of the scheme at any time.
18. Schools may organise other bodies/individuals to collect Vouchers on their behalf, but no collection of Vouchers will be permitted on ASDA premises or within ASDA car parks.
19. No cash payments will be accepted in exchange for any equipment in this website.
20. Vouchers may not be transferred between schools, organisations or individuals for monetary payment or any other consideration.
21. Neither the whole or any part of the information contained, nor the products described in this website, may be adapted or produced in any material form except with the prior written approval of ASDA, TTS Group or the relevant supplier. The products described in this website are subject to continuous development and improvement. All information of a technical nature and particulars of the products and their use have been provided by TTS Group or the relevant supplier and are reproduced in the catalogue in good faith. However, TTS Group and ASDA cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from any product information or particulars in this website. Statutory rights are not affected.
22. ASDA ® and the ASDA logo are registered trademarks of ASDA.
23. Vouchers from previous years (2007) are not valid in the 2008.
24. Any unredeemed / extra (over the 4,000 maximum) Vouchers may be donated to other schools at the discretion of the individual school.
25. Voucher collected in 2008 Scheme will not be valid for any future Go Green For Schools Schemes, or other Schemes related to ASDA.
26. In the event of excessive demand TTS Group reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value where necessary to avoid disappointment.
