How do I register for the scheme?
Registration has now closed for Go Green for Schools 2008.
How can I check if my registration has been successful?
You can check on-line instantly by clicking on the "Is Your School Registered" option on the homepage and entering your school's postcode.
When will I receive my collectors' kit?
Collectors? kits are sent out the following week after you have registered. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery.
What will I receive in my collectors? kit?
Kits include an outdoor banner, 3 x A3 posters, a letter to parents and a collection box for your vouchers.
When are the vouchers available in store?
From Saturday 19th January until Monday 30th June 2008.
N.B. Go Green vouchers were originally valid until the 21st March 2008, however due to the overwhelming success of the scheme it was extended until the end of June and new vouchers printed. The original vouchers are, of course, still valid for collection on this scheme.
What is the order deadline for the scheme?
Everyone registered to the scheme will have until Friday the 18th July 2008 to complete the order form on the website. No further orders will be processed after the 18th July.
Is there a voucher redemption limit?
Voucher levels are capped at 4000 vouchers per school and only one order will be accepted. This is to ensure that as many schools as possible can participate in the scheme and benefit from the eco-equipment on offer.
How do I find out what eco-equipment is available to order?

Do I have to spend all my vouchers?
Yes. Unfortunately vouchers cannot be banked and carried forward.
How do I place my order?
From Monday 16th June you will be able to access an on-line order form which you need to complete and submit online and then print it out.
Put your vouchers into bundles of 100 and secured with a rubber band.
Send your printed order form with your vouchers by a method of postage that provides proof of delivery. ASDA cannot be held responsible for any lost vouchers and orders.

When will my equipment be delivered?
Your equipment will be delivered to your school during the Autumn term.
Can I change my order once I have sent it in?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed.
